What information does Sweetbeets collect?

If you choose to register for a wholesale account, we collect your contact information and retailer tax ID/reseller permit number so that we can verify that you are a licensed retailer and therefore eligible to order Sweetbeets letterpress cards at wholesale prices. Any information we collect during the ordering process is used by Sweetbeets for the purposes of mailing your sample, billing and shipping orders and following up with you regarding new releases and special offers.

If you are just browsing our site, we collect non personally identifiable information such as internet protocol (IP) address, browser type, and pages viewed. We are able to look at this information only at the aggregate level (it cannot be linked to you) to monitor our site and help us make improvements.

How does Sweetbeets make sure nobody steals my personal information?

After you place your order, we connect to the same server using SSL for encryption and download your order. Your offline information is accessible only for the purposes of communicating with you and filling your order.

Does Sweetbeets share my information with other companies or sell my information to anyone?

We only share your information with credit card processing companies (if applicable) and shipping companies in order to process your order.

We will not sell or rent your information to anyone for any reason.

Our website includes a list of retailers selling Sweetbeets letterpress cards. If you do not want your store's contact information to be listed on our website, just let us know.
