How do I order?
Once you have a wholesale account with Sweetbeets, use your username and password to access the online wholesale catalogue. When you are ready, place your order using your preferred method.

How do I pay for my order?
Orders must be prepaid by credit card or check. You may pay in American or Canadian dollars by MasterCard or Visa or check payable to Sweetbeets. There are no charges until your order is ready to ship.
Can I arrange a purchase order?
If you are a buyer for an established company and want to place an order for several store locations, please contact us to discuss a purchase order.
How long will it take for my order to be filled?
All cards in the launch collection are now in stock. You can expect your order to ship within 3 days after we receive your payment. If paying by check, please allow up to 10 days for your check to clear the bank before your order ships.
How do you calculate shipping?
Your order will ship from Hamilton, Canada and the cost is calculated by weight and postal code/zip.
What are my shipping options?
Within Canada, orders are shipped via Canada Post's Expedited Parcel service and delivery times vary from 1 to 3 business days for regional shipments and from 2 to 7 business days for national shipments.
All orders to the USA are shipped via Canada Post's Small Packet service or Expedited Parcel service depending on the weight of your order. Your shipment will be delivered by USPS after it crosses the border and should arrive within 6 to 12 business days between major centers.
What happens if my order arrives damaged?
If your shipment contains damaged goods, be sure to contact us within 10 business days of receipt. We will contact Canada Post to open a claim file. You will then be contacted by Canada Post and asked to provide proof of damage. Please keep the original packaging material and the items in the shape that they arrived because you will need to return them to Canada Post. Once the claim has been settled, we will refund you or send you a replacement.
I want to return part or all of my order to you. Can I get a refund?
We accept returns due to shipping errors. If your order arrived damaged, we will refund you or send a replacement once the claim with Canada Post is settled. Returns for other reasons are handled on an individual basis and require a return authorization number. If you are unsatisfied in any way, we want to hear from you!
In what ways is Sweetbeets conscious of the environment?
Sweetbeets greeting cards are letterpress printed using vegetable-based inks. All cards are made from 100% post-consumer recycled paper that is processed chlorine free. All envelopes are made with 30% or 100% post-consumer recycled paper. The clear sleeve that protects each card is biodegradable.
Do the printed ink colors perfectly match the colors shown online?
The colors you see on our website depend on the settings on your computer monitor. Our online wholesale catalogue shows an approximation of our actual ink colors.
Why might I see minor variations between cards in a set?
Sweetbeets notecards are not mass-produced. Each design is inked and then pressed into soft paper using an antique letterpress. This process creates a unique imprint with every impression due to slight variations in pressure and amount of ink. We also use custom mixed inks and colors may vary slightly between printing runs. Because the cards are letterpress printed on paper that is 100% post-consumer recycled and processed chlorine free, you may notice a few very small flecks embedded randomly in the paper.
